The Minimalist Assault Chestrig (MAC) is based on the same design principles as the Underground Partisan Chestrig, but with the added capability to carry 4x double-stack pistol magazines. This rig is as minimalist as it gets, while still being able to carry a comprehensive rifle and handgun load-out. The elastic pouches allow versatility to carry a host of other items you might deem important for your mission.
Features
- 4x elastic 5.56x45mm rifle magazine pouches and 4x double-stack pistol magazine pouches sized for optimum retention and longevity
- 7.62x39mm AK magazines will also fit, but please note that premature wear may occur due to the locking tabs
- A hook panel backing allows the rig to be fitted to a loop velcro equipped plate carrier
- A loop cover panel is provided when using the chest rig by itself
- We offer an Elastic Tourniquet Holder (not included) that can be attached to the hook backing
- Vertical webbing loops allows slotted buckles (included) to be installed to hook into plate carriers with integrated female swift clip buckles
- Side webbing loops can be fitted with removable slotted female buckles (included) to connect to our H-Harness OR a plate carrier fitted with side attachment buckles
- Checking the "Upgrade to Enhanced Harness" option will upgrade the harness from our Standard harness to Enhanced harness, which includes cable routing, webbing loops for PTTs and more!

Minimalist Assault Rig
I am very impressed with the Minimalist Assault Rig. I have one in black multicam and it's easy to adjust, light weight and made of sturdy materials. I love that the back is an H strap formation rather than an X that many other companies offer. I would definitely recommend this rig to others and may also purchase another in standard multicam.

Minimalist Does Not Mean Poor Quality
As soon as I got it in the mail I got it fitted to me (easy), loaded it with mags, admin pouch, TQ, and went on a quick half mile job with it on followed by a 5 mile ruck. This chest rig is LEAGUES above the cheap Chinese rig I ran previously. I needed something slim, we’ll built, and versatile. THIN shoulder straps AND a H harness! Best money I’ve spent in a long time. May see if I can stuff some Esstac kydex in the cummerbund in case it wears out! Love this thing!

Solid Chest Rig
This rig is quality build and will last a long time. You can hang upside down and your mags wont fall. It can be low profile under a hoodie or attach a few bags for a solid load out. Very happy with the rig I was initially going to get the bank robber buy this is the better buy imo.
