Shoulder pads are included with and designed for our ALPC but will also work great with many other plate carriers. These shoulder pads have a spacer mesh padding that helps spread the weight of the plate carrier over a larger surface area of your shoulder making it much more comfortable for those long days of training or in the field / on duty. They secure via hook and loop fastener around the shoulder straps of your plate carrier.

Exactly what I needed
Bought these to use on a RG Slickster. The color is a good match. I don’t wear it for more than an hour or two at a time so I didn’t need a lot of padding, just something to keep the straps from digging into my neck. I wear the slickster high and tight so I was worried about shoulder pads being too long. These work perfect for what I need.
