All Gadsden Dynamics branded gear is backed by a Lifetime Warranty! See conditions below:

  • Warranty applies to ALL Gadsden Dynamics branded gear including previously purchased gear!
  • Customers requesting a repair or replacement under warranty must pay to ship the product back to us. We will pay for return shipping of the repaired or replaced product
  • DO NOT send a product back to us without first contacting us about your claim
  • Upon receipt of the product in question, we will determine whether a repair is possible, or a replacement is needed. We will keep you informed during the process.

Shipping / Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of the delivered date as long as the product is unused and unmodified
  • All custom orders are not returnable (this includes orders from the Chest Rig Builder)
  • If you find any product to be defective or unsatisfactory, please contact us right away and we will make it right. We are very committed to customer experience and satisfaction!
  • You can submit a return request by logging into your account, OR by following the below steps:
    • Contact us through our contact page and include your order number and why you are returning the product.
    • We will provide instructions on returning the item 
    • As soon as we receive the returned item, we will issue you a refund (refund will not include shipping)

Lead Times

  • We do our best to communicate accurate lead times on all our products, but please recognize these are approximate. We do our very best to meet and even ship earlier than stated lead times, but sometimes we get a little behind and orders are delayed.

  • Any information you provide while visiting our website may be securely stored for communicating with you about your order, but we will not sell or share your information. You will only receive emails from us (other than order notification emails) if you subscribe to our marketing, newsletter, blog, in-stock notifications, or any other optional email subscription we provide. 
  • Information collected includes: Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Shipping and Billing Address, and Credit Card Information.
