The Underground Partisan Chest Rig is designed to be an ultra low profile chest rig that can be worn unnoticed under a light jacket or even sweat shirt in an “underground” situation. The U.P Chest Rig is an innovative design – thoroughly tested and endorsed by author and former U.S. Army Special Forces 18 Bravo, John Mosby (JM) from Mountain Guerrilla. This rig has been designed as per JM’s requirements and specifications.

- 4x elastic 5.56x45mm rifle magazine pouches fitted for optimum retention
- 7.62x39mm AK magazines will also fit, but please note that premature wear may occur due to the locking tabs
- A hook panel backing allows the rig to be fitted to a loop velcro equipped plate carrier
- A loop cover panel is provided when using the chest rig by itself
- We offer an Elastic Tourniquet Holder (not included) that can be attached to the hook backing
- Vertical webbing loops allows slotted buckles (included) to be installed to hook into plate carriers with integrated female swift clip buckles
- Side webbing loops can be fitted with removable slotted female buckles (included) to connect to our H-Harness OR a plate carrier fitted with side attachment buckles

Partisan chest rig
I work for a small contracting group teaching weapons and tactics. I needed a harness that I could wear all day while running walking and standing around. I have over a 50 inch chest and this harness fit perfectly with adjustment. It’s been through a couple classes in countless reload drills. It’s built durable, I expect it will last me a long time.

Very Nice
This is a very well thought out minimalist chest rig. It's super light and thin. The lack of MOLLE means I'm not tempted to add a bunch of heavy stuff to it -- It's just for ammo. I got the Multicam Black version. The webbing is very soft and pliable. It feels more like cotton than the super stiff and bulky webbing that you usually see on chest rigs. This makes it more comfortable when you're just wearing it over a t-shirt. The elastic mag pouches hold everything securely. 20 and 30 round PMAGs and 20 and 30 round Lancer mags all work fine. The back of the carrier is covered in hook material (in case you want to attach it to a loop-lined carrier). There's a rectangular section of loop material included to cover the hook backing if you want to use it just as a chest rig (and you don't want the hook material rubbing against your shirt). I will probably take a piece of 3D mesh material and sew it onto the loop so that the rig is a little more breathable. You wouldn't do that if you wanted everything to be as thin/light as possible. But I'm willing to add a 1/4" of thickness to get the airflow. Overall, it looks to be a great piece of equipment that should provide many years of useful service.

Keep it simple.
This is a great rig. It is simple and light and does not cost a lot. No Velcro, clips, and loops to snag on. It is great for beginners who want something for the house or for the more advanced who want to run drills at the range. Go get it!

The chest rig is well designed, lightweight, and minimalist. I like it and recommend it. However, I have my doubts that it would work well with AK47 mags

Superior quality compared to any other gear I have used, I got the multicam black and it looks great, I like the velcro on the back of the H harness thats there if you want to put any swag patches on the back, i probably won't but its nice to have. Very sleek mininimalist style rig with no excess tacky molle loops or excessive buckles. If your looking for something sleek, durable, quality made in USA. For a great price this is it.

Wonderful Craftsmanship
Ordered this rig and received very quickly. Stitching is all smooth, straps are plenty big to wear over a jacket or just a t-shirt. Plenty of adjustment, and sits tight against chest. Placard attached well to harness. Hook and loop is 4x10 inches.
