This tourniquet holder uses 4" elastic for retention and has a hook and loop panel built in so it can be secured to almost any piece of gear that also has hook and loop. The Gadsden Dynamics Elastic Tourniquet Holder is compatible with all of our chest rigs and can also be secured to our plate carrier bases that have loop fastener on the front (either the Loop Base, OR PALS Loop base).

Good product but could be better

Item holds the tourniquet securely, but the lack of full velcro (hook) coverage on the back is a huge flaw (in my opinion).

    Nice accessory

Fits and looks great! Got the MCB colored one to accentuate my Ranger Green Micro Fight Chest Rig. Holds a tourniquet out of the way and ready for deployment at a moment’s notice.

Great product. Color match to my other items was spot on. Retention is great. Would recommend to anyone looking for a product like this.

    Looks great so far

Just got them set up, but the color match to my RG PC is perfect. Also, the additional length of the loop really helps these hang well from the plate bag closure.

Few better ways to mount a TQ to your PC or belt. Very secure hold, but easy to access.

    Good TQ holder

Posted by Anonymous on Dec 4th 2020

I've bought three of these so far and they are probably the best way to carry a TQ on a plate carrier or chest rig. Low profile, basically no weight, and easy access. Try it, you'll want more.

Secure TQ holder for a great price

Picked up two of these for a PC I recently purchased, and they do their job well. It is definitely a bit of a tight fit at first, so the tourniquets definitely aren't going anywhere unless I want them to. Would highly recommend!
