Perfect fit
Holds my Tourniquet in tight, have not tried to fit my trauma sheers in with them. But the velcro backing allows me to slide it into my chest rig and velcro over it to hold.
This tourniquet holder uses 4" elastic for retention and has a hook and loop panel built in so it can be secured to almost any piece of gear that also has hook and loop. The Gadsden Dynamics Elastic Tourniquet Holder is compatible with all of our chest rigs and can also be secured to our plate carrier bases that have loop fastener on the front (either the Loop Base, OR PALS Loop base).

Needs more velcro
It holds the tourniquet fine but since the Velcro doesn’t fully extend the length of the flap on one side, it couldn’t be used on my vest because it either wouldn’t hold or there’d be too much slack.

Great products and construction, but didn't work out for my use.
Like most Gadsden products, this thing was well made and cleverly designed. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that it didn't have hook fasteners all the way down the back side, only halfway. It works great when mounted at the bottom of a plate carrier, but I wanted to mount mine vertically, off to the side of my SwiftClip panel, and the design was too unstable when mounted that way. Hunting for one with full hook-and-loop on both sides now. But a fantastic product otherwise.
