Carrying basic medical equipment on your person is not only a good idea, it could save your life. We designed the Tourniquet Ankle Band to hold a tourniquet and combat gauze comfortably around your ankle without inhibiting your mobility. If you have too much gear wrapped around your ankle it will affect your ability to run, jump and climb in the event of a confrontation or self defense situation. Our Tourniquet Ankle Band has been tested in a variety of situations by a number of individuals including former law enforcement and veterans to prove it's functionality and reliability.
The tourniquet holder will hold a SOF-T or CAT tourniquet. The gauze pouch will hold a packet of compressed combat gauze or other items you deem necessary to carry. Both the tourniquet and gauze pouches have hook and loop close tabs that keep the contents secure inside. The hook and loop close tabs have a sewn in webbing tab that make them easy and quick to rip open. The four inch polyester elastic body of the band gives it stretch and makes it a comfortable fit for any size ankle. Hook and loop is used to secure the it around your ankle.

Love it!!
Works great for when I go places I don’t wanna carry my edc bag. Pricing is good and sometimes I forget it’s even there!!

L.A.B.
The absolute BEST of the 3 ankle med rigs I've tried. Definitely it's the slimest and best fitting. It doesn't move around at all. If I can't carry a TQ in a pocket, I like this much better than on my beltline.

Excellent product!
Holds a SOF-T Wide tourniquet and a HH mini well. Seems to be VERY well built and aught to hold up.

Ankle med kit
Great ! having worn this for edc i have forgotten i had it on. The simplicity of the rig covers the basics and makes sure that you will wear it and have it when you need it.

I forget I'm wearing it
I've been using the lightweight ankle band daily for about two weeks now, including a 2 day carbine course with lots of running, unconventional position shooting, etc. I'm extremely happy with this kit. It stays put, stays comfortable (I forget it's on), and carries just enough to address a bleed without tempting you to overload it with extra pouches.

PERFECT!
Similar designs I’ve seen are far too bulky and unrealistic for edc. This one is PERFECT! Now I can carry the essentials comfortably and descreatly. I took a gamble with Gadsden Dynamics, and it paid off. Quality is top notch. Shipping was fast. I’m very pleased and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a way to carry essential med items. If you carry a weapon, carry one of these.

First Class item
I’ve worn this daily since I received it about 3 weeks ago. It’s extremely unobtrusive and comfortable to the point that you forget you’re carrying a chest seal, decompression needle, tourniquet and dressing... all things you don’t want to go scrounging after in an emergency. Workmanship is excellent, you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

Perfection
This was the perfect addition to my EDC. It’s nice to have my pocket space free and not have to fiddle around with the TQ moving. This is very comfortable inside my ariat boots. It’s so comfortable I forget it’s on. I can’t say enough good things about this. The additional pouch can hold two spare 1911 mags. I normally don’t carry anything in that pouch. The figment is great and putting it on or taking it off is a breeeze.

Almost Perfect
Your tourniquet ankle band is almost perfect. It is just the right size: big enough for the important stuff, but not too bulky. The only drawback is that the hook and loop are backwards. The soft loop faces out and the scratchy hook faces in toward my skin. I have to be careful to line it up just right when putting it on so that it doesn’t hurt.
