On the new ROM Pouch V2, the QD buckles are sewn in/attached to the pouch instead of secured using velcro. This ensures secure attachment and that the pouch will never tear away from the velcro backing, but also will not impact the performance or functionality in any way!

Great dangly pouch!
I was in the market for a 'dangler' pouch because I detest having the straps from a fanny pack dig into my waist and cause chafing over time. I was skeptical as to whether the detachment feature would work without allowing the pouch to be pulled off when snagged on brush or random obstacles. I'm pleased to report that it only detaches when you pull the little handle. It is exactly as advertised! It's handy to be able to bring your first aide or other stuff up to your face or work area instead of having to rummage through a pouch still attached to your body. Danglers are an attractive option relative to the old fanny packs, and this one is my top recommendation within the product category.

Amazing pouch
The ROM pouch is sized perfectly. It is a perfect addition to all Gadsden Dynamics chest rigs. In my pouch I carry a LPK and trigger group, an extra charging handle, radio, a few punches, extra bolt and a few other spare parts. I still have room for stuff and in never gets in my way no matter what I am doing. This is an amazing pouch, if you're not sure, go ahead and purchase it you will not be sorry.
