Chest Rigs - Do NOT come with a harness OR buckles, harnesses kit can be purchased separately HERE
ALL Chest Rigs and Placards have our standard hook velcro backing and loop cover panel, to be used for fitting to a velcro plate carrier, attaching the H-harness, etc.
