Designed in collaboration with multiple US Marine Corps JTACs, the Gadsden Dynamics Commanders Case is the ultimate tool for both military and civilian operators that carry a tablet or phone in their kit. We call this product the "Commanders Case", as it is designed primarily to be used by attack controllers (JTACs, FACs, TACPs, and other MOS's that focus on attack control and command). The Commanders Case is most popularly used with devices running the KILSWITCH application.

This rugged tablet case has been combat proven and is being used around the world, primarily by soldiers in the US Marine Corps to enhance their use of tablets for close-air support, forward observing, air traffic control, and aviation combat. Our tablet pouch is on the leading edge as a durable and proven solution for the new age of smartphone and tablet usage in combat.
The Commanders Case includes some great, practical features:
- Clear, flip-down map case for notes and coordinates
- Pen / Paper holder
- Flip-down “table” like functionality
- Zippered for protection against sand, dust, etc.
- Industrial grade, high-strength velcro for securing tablet or phone inside the pouch

Commanders Case - 6x8 Gucci
This is an excellent product. I currently use it for map materials and carrying notes in the field. It is durable and can take a beating. 11/10 would buy again.

Perfect for Killswitch.
Another Marine buddy recommended this product to me. Extremely grateful I listened to him and bought it. I keep this case on my chest portion of my flak and it gets the job done. It’s durable, well made, and you can tell that Gadsden Dynamics quality is top tier. I did the workup with 3/7 for our SPMAGTF deployment to Iraq and during the work up this kept my tablet exactly where I needed it. The velcro that it comes with keeps your tablet in this case so you never have to worry about it flying out (& quickly rips out when you need to pull it out of the case)Within a second you can have Killswitch open and ready. And within the same time period you can close it and have it put away. When you have it out it will stay at 90 degrees and not flop down. Your tablet is protected from getting crushed with the hard plastic that is built in the case so I’ve never had to worry about my tablet getting cracked. I’ve been extremely hard on my gear and my tablet is protected the whole time. If you are on the fence about getting this gear… I can’t state enough how much of a game changer it is, and if you’ve been in the market for something to hold your Killswitch tablet… Look no further.

Busy Controler
Long awaited review and I apologize for the time delay but work has been crazy. This product has changed how I am able to operate on the ground. Being a jtac means contstantly being busy with air and the ground force commander. Having this commanders pouch high and center allowed me to utitlize my tablet to track troop movement and run my fires coordination piece. Having that zipper on the pouch allowed me to do my work and zip everything up in a moments notice to give full attention to the mission at hand. Those other pouches that you can buy on base don't come any where close to the commanders case. I've looked everywhere for this exact product and I am glad I ran into Andy.

This pouch has changed the way I operate and use the tablet. With its ability to be quickly used and cleanly stowed away and protected, I find myself actually using the tablet for MORE purposes than controlling. I would keep my tablet in a soft case inside my cargo pocket but after tumbling down a hill I realized I NEEDED a better way to integrate the tablet into my kit. Not any pouch would do as it needed to be multi-functional and make as small of an impact on the way I worked. This pouch replaced my admin pouch of 6 years and offers me so much versatility with the clear protected pocket and other admin amenities. I will never forget the look on my LTs face as he stared in admiration as I not only maintained situation awareness on the tablet (to include HIS troop movements) but I did it effortlessly.

Too small
It's a solid piece of gear but my tablet it's too big for the case. It's there a larger size

Great piece of gear
Got the 5x7 Gucci pouch with no zipper by far the best piece of gear I've ever gotten works great with my kill switch. Highly recommend any piece of gear Gadsden produces!

Great case for a JTAC/FAC
I purchased this case for an upcoming deployment to the Middle East to use my tablet on patrols. I am a JTAC and was sick of having it in my pocket. After almost a month of use almost every day, I really love the product. The design is well thought out and I can put maps, admin gouge, and small things in the pocket on the case. Best case by far
Teaching at the schoolhouse we see all kinds of Gucci gear. Everyone is trying to get their foot in the door and the sad part is they offer sub-par equipment. I was introduced to the commanders case and ordered it immediately, used it at WTI and now swear by it. Every TACP and JFO student that comes through I tell them about the Commanders case and more importantly the customer service from Adam. Without a doubt the best purchase a JTAC can make!!!!!
